Achievements: I collaborated closely with the Medibank team to develop documents introducing work-from-home guidelines, understanding the importance of keeping workers motivated during lockdowns. Integrating illustrations into the designs, I aimed to not only provide clear guidance but also add visual interest and engagement for users. I also contributed to enhancing user experiences by designing internal applications and calculators, ensuring they were intuitive and user-friendly.
